多组学与生物信息学 基本信息 朱昱敏,女,2015年6月于必赢76net线路获学士学位,2020年6月于清华大学获博士学位。 研究方向 多组学与生物信息学,关注母婴健康、血管疾病等领域。 1.疾病生物标志物鉴定及风险预测模型开发 结合队列研究、生物信息学算法、分子生物学实验和人工智能模型,鉴定可用于疾病早期诊断或预后监测的生物标志物,并构建精准预测智能模型。 2.医学大数据整合研究及基因调控网络构建 整合多组学等生物医学大数据,从表观遗传、转录调控、转录后调控、翻译调控等多层面描绘疾病发生发展过程中的基因调控图谱,揭示靶标基因。 成果简介 主持国家级、省部级、校级科研项目6项,作为项目骨干参与国家级科研项目多项;在Cell Research、Nucleic Acids Research等国内外重要学术期刊上发表学术论文20余篇;申请国家发明专利3项,已授权1项。指导本科生获得国家级老员工创新训练项目1项、省级老员工创新训练项目1项,必赢76net线路安邦书院“金种子”早期科研训练项目1项,并在多项教学竞赛中获得优异成绩。 1.
